Ridenour Named New PTMS CEO
September 3, 2009 – Gahanna, Ohio based People To My Site today announced that Jennifer Ridenour has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective September 2, 2009. Ridenour, who previously served as Chief Operations Officer for the full-service marketing firm, will replace company founder, Todd Swickard, who stepped down to focus on other entrepreneurial opportunities.
“We wish Todd well as he focuses on other opportunities. His leadership has made the company what it is today,” said Ridenour, “and this change will mark a new chapter here at People To My Site. I’m very excited about the opportunity to take our company to the next stage. We’re going to focus on ensuring complete customer satisfaction and fine-tuning everything we do. Our potential to succeed has never been greater.”
Ridenour has specialized in solving business challenges with technology. She possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
“It’s the right decision at the right time,” said board member Mark Boyd. “Jennifer has a hands-on knowledge of every aspect of the company. That knowledge will provide her with the insight to ensure the company is focused on delivering superior solutions to our customers. Her leadership will be essential in maintaining our customer retention and building profits – even in today’s questionable economy.”
